Who we are
Shaori Company SMC Ltd is a Uganda-based green coffee trading and export company.
We work with local suppliers and processing partners to source and prepare Ugandan Robusta and Arabica for international buyers.
Our focus is on clear specifications, dependable communication and long-term cooperation with coffee roasters, manufacturers, importers and traders in Europe, the Middle East and other international markets.

Green coffee
We supply commercial Robusta grades and selected Ugandan Arabica coffees. Availability and final specifications are confirmed individually for each lot.

Commercial and industrial grade
Commercial Ugandan Robusta suitable for industrial roasting, soluble coffee and value-focused blends.
Typical character: Full body, low acidity, cocoa, woody and earthy notes.

Core commercial grade
A versatile commercial Robusta offering a practical balance of bean size, consistency and commercial value.
Typical character: Full body, low acidity, dark chocolate, roasted nuts and balanced bitterness.

Large-bean premium commercial Robusta
Large-screen Ugandan Robusta selected for greater bean uniformity and premium commercial applications.
Typical character: Heavy body, low acidity, dark chocolate, roasted nuts and a smooth finish.

Natural Ugandan Arabica
Naturally processed Ugandan Arabica suitable for blends and selected single-origin programmes.
Typical character: Medium body, dried fruit, ripe berry, cocoa and natural sweetness.
Washed Ugandan Arabica
Washed Ugandan Arabica offering a clean profile and balanced East African character.
Typical character: Medium body, bright acidity, citrus, floral notes and stone fruit.
Washed Arabica from the Mount Elgon region
A recognised Ugandan Arabica suitable for premium blends and selected single-origin programmes.
Typical character: Medium body, bright acidity, citrus, dried fruit and floral notes.
Product descriptions and sensory characteristics are indicative. Moisture, defect count, screen distribution, cup profile, crop and availability are confirmed for each offered lot.
Logistics
We coordinate the preparation and export of green coffee from Uganda according to the agreed specifications and commercial terms.
Standard export packing in 60 kg jute bags. Additional inner liners may be available on request.
A standard 20-foot container can carry approximately 19.8 MT or 330 bags, subject to the final loading and shipping plan.
FCA Kampala and FOB Mombasa offers are available. Other Incoterms may be discussed depending on destination and shipment requirements.
Standard shipment documentation may include a Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, Phytosanitary Certificate and other documents agreed for the destination.



All product specifications, documents, commercial conditions and delivery terms are subject to final confirmation and the signed sales contract.
